The Commodore

Open 24 hours a day, the Commodore guest relations desk and travel desk located in the lobby of the hotel offer tourist advice and can arrange a variety of services including Winelands tours, restaurant reservations and adventurous excursions with Harley Davidsons and helicopters.

Situated next to the reception area is a small business centre offering printing services and complimentary Internet access. The hotel has two conference rooms: The Americas Cup room seating up to 70 delegates and the smaller Blue Ribbon Room for 30 guests. Audio-visual equipment is available for hire.

The Commodore, Cape Town, features 233 air-conditioned guestrooms spread over six floors. All are furnished in dark wood with suede cushions and have bright nautical paintings on the walls. Views are of Table Mountain, the city, or the swimming pool.

Amenities include minibars, tea and coffee making facilities, desks, safes, satellite television, hair dryers, and high-speed Internet connections (surcharge). Tiled bathrooms feature shower/tub combinations, make-up mirrors and complimentary toiletries.
